Recaps 0.2

Due to popular demand (err… by one person), I’ve fixed a small usability issue in Recaps. People sometimes pressed Shift-CapsLock, accidentally turning on the CapsLock mode instead of switching the language. Shift-CapsLock now does exactly the same thing as CapsLock, and the less intrusive Ctrl-CapsLock combination turns on the old CapsLock mode.
